I love that the area is so peace and calm the workers are so sweet and nice. It’s so easy to access. The bed was really uncomfortable.

Convenient and comfortable

The location is very convenient. The room is small but comfortable and equipped with everything need. The bed is comfortable too. So no complaint about that. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is very generous for amenities as well. They don't provide cleaning the room during the stay and guests have to discard garbage ourselves. So being that, the price is a bit high in my opinion. They don't provide breakfast too but finding things to eat is very easy.

Great hotel even you travel alone and dont need breakfast and all the stuff. I was happy to have my own little kitchen and could prepare my own meals! All the people are very nice/friendly plus the reception(front desk) speaks good english so you feel safe and comfortabel. Everything their is ecplained in japanese/english so you wont have problems understanding everything! You can wash your cloths at the laundry room for some yen, so you dont need too much cloths and can pack mone souvenirs! Helping tools for kitchen or cloths you will get at the receiption! You have lots of shops around and sunshine city is also near, so the hotel has a good central position! Was my first time in Japan and if i will come back im sure i would pick that hotel again! Thanks for your services!

Overall stay was fine and standard for lower budget business hotel. Dont like that i cant turn off the heated toilet seat but other places ive stayed at were like that as well. The room had an induction plate but no pots or pans to use it. These arent things that ruin it tho.

Room was dirty. We tried to use the microwave but it was unplugged. We called the front desk for help to move the tv stand because it’s blocking the outlet, they don’t understand/speak English very well so it took longer to communicate what we need. When the tv stand was moved the back side of it was filled with dust bunnies. Most of the appliances are also old. Room is not as pleasant as it shows in the picture. We booked for two nights but didn’t want to stay for the second night because of what we saw so we requested for our 2nd night reservation to be cancelled the same night we check in but the hotel refused to give us the refund.

Sehr freundliches Check-in Personal. Das Hotel ist von der JR Station Otsuka Station gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Von der Buchung eines Raucher Zimmers würde ich (als Nichtraucher) allerdings abraten. Der Geruch lässt sich aushalten aber das Zimmer wirkt “schmutzig” vom Rauch. Die Zimmer an sich sind sauber, allerdings wirkt die Einrichtung etwas abgenutzt. Verschiedene Amenities werden kostenlos in der Lobby bereitgestellt. (Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Creamer, Wattestäbchen, Wattepads, Zahnbürsten, etc…)
