“We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!”

Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! “Deanna's property was such a GEM!! So much so, we extended our stay by a couple days because we weren't ready to leave this paradise!! The property is safe and secure. Check IN was a breeze, especially checking IN afterhours. The condo itself is breathtakINgly beautiful!! The kitchen is open and spacious. The bedrooms were both neat and organized. Both terraces had beautiful views and comfortable seating to INjoy the ocean. Loved the grill and the jacuzzi on thr rooftop!! We INjoyed a lot of……

“This was a Graduation Summer Vacation trip for our daughter. We absolutely loved the property and the area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the description is that the 2nd full bath is actually up on the rooftop by the mini pool and not in the main house. Lots of room - very comfortable... maybe not for families with small children as the steps to the rooftop are steep but otherwise this is a great property for a small family and very conviently located with lots of walking distance……

“The condo was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the water, right in the middle of the curve of Half Moon Bay. The beach area was very nice with shade and lounge chairs for the condo. Entry to the water was rocky in most areas but could be navigated with care and the snorkeling was excellent. We saw lots of fish, some rays and one turtle. We did not have a car but were able to walk 5-20 minutes for dining and some shopping and there is a convience store practically across the street. We……

“It's accurate as described. Quaint, quiet town with good snorkeling and swimming at your feet and much to please you nearby. We snorkeled a few times and saw rays to the south of the bay, squid, anenome and urchins, plus all the gorgeous tropical fish you expect on Yucatan reefs. Coral to the north side of the bay was more extensive. Water was warm and clear. Some seaweed on the beach meant walks were best done at low tide. Great breezes kept things cool - we never needed the A/C in a hot March……
