「Came back again for the friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of good restaurants around and easy to get a Grab for airport. Great value for money.」

「Great value, good location, easy walk to the tourist spots in the town, decent food in the cafe and restaurant down at the lobby, friendly and helpful staff」

「Loved this stay! So incredibly convenient, breakfast was wonderful as well. Room was quiet, AC was amazing. The bathroom could’ve certainly been cleaner (shower area). All in all, I’d stay here again.」

「I think that it is probably very good as a business hotel for Japanese men. The open-air bath on the 9th floor has a sauna room, so you can heal your tired body. Breakfast on the 8th floor is limited to 2 hours from 6:00 to 8:00, but you can eat very delicious Japanese food. I never dreamed that I could eat raw eggs in Vietnam. Massages are also highly rated, and hotel guests can receive services at a discounted price. Finally, the front desk's response is very good, and you can see that they...

「I was impressed that the staff are very helpful and friendly. 」

「The upper bed was hard to reach the blanket felt dirty i even used my own handkerchief to cover the pillow the breakfast: looked okay, but the cook was in the kitchen cooking without tshirt so i felt disgusted I would still consider it if i had a short stay in hanoi for 7-8hrs but a big no if i want to stay for a night」

「Excellent place run by a kind family. Very nice budget option. Great location in the old quarter.」

「Bathroom walls and ceiling definitey need sound proof seriously. Room wall and floor shown bad water damages. Room keycard has an issue so a physical was provided to lock and unlock room. Room should not be available to guest until those basic issue resolved. Important: front desk personnel grading as poor. 」
