“真的是比較小的房型，但因為是去機場的前一天住宿，所以我認為ok，要到機場的86 bus很近，也是一開始挑這間飯店的原因。路口有一小節的樓梯，行員都非常機靈和主動幫忙（建議大家別忘了給他們小費）。以這個價格來說，非常划算！nice deal!!! CP value is high, great location for the BUS 86 to the HAN airport.”

“Very convenient location but noisy as too many motorcycles on the street especially in the weekend. The bed mattress is old. I'm happy with the friendly manner of the staff. They are all helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is more than enough. I am also satisfied with the cleanliness.”

“The room was spacious and clean, though not quite as nice as the photos. The hot water wasn't working, but when I told the front desk, they fixed it right away. When I left the hotel to go to Hanoi, they gave me a cheap ride and even provided water—the service was excellent. ”

They helped us (went down from their reception counter on 1/F) with our luggage while we were getting off the taxi on a busy street. Good suggestions of dinning places and very helpful in answering our queries. Good communication in English.
