“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“I recently visited with my 6 month old and husband and we loved our stay. We had a complimentary crib in our suite which was very spacious and cleaned everyday . Property was beautiful and we have no complaints about the food. I will mention when ordering room service the quality of food wasn’t the best but when visiting any of the buffets and restaurants it was excellent. Staff was helpful but we had an issue with bell boys never showing up to collect our luggage from our room for checkout .……
