"The room was clean and tidy. Service was excellent including welcome feelings from Front Office Layla and the Concierge staff seeing us off. Both were professional and supportive to offer us help without prompt. There was a drunken guest shouting and yelling on Day 2 @11pm and I immediately called the enquiry to ask what has happened. We didn't expect the front desk staff had a record of this and gave us a box of chocolate to apologize. Attention to details and I plan to come back again to stay. "
