"Room was cleaned, breakfast was the same everyday"

"This hotel is in a GREAT location! I will say to pick the type of room you want carefully because we ended up in a room looking into a small alley courtyard with dirty old cleaning equipment stored in there and a bit of an ugly view. We just kept the curtains closed and weren’t in the hotel room much anyways. But for the cost of the room, I definitely expected something a wee bit better. On the upside, it was very quiet! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good space. The shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced lol I found the room/bathroom to be clean but the bathroom caulking in and around the shower was tattered and stained so it looked like it was dirty. The staff at the front desk were all great and very helpful with navigating the ferry schedules etc."

"Excellent staff! Clean! Room very quiet! Room temp was set at front desk to either heater or AC not both. At night it got a bit cool and I could not adjust the temperature a bit warmer. Gym is not on site but available nearby. Enjoyed our time at your hotel! Thank you!"

"Was just what we needed. Staff made it easy to check in and answered all our questions and helped us book our private ferry over to the train station upon departure. We stayed in the second building. Was two flights of stairs but the room was excatly what we needed. Comfortable bed, little fridge and clean. Bathroom was decent size and water pressue was great. Water also gets HOT. Was lovely after a long day. Area is also much quieter than being in the city center. Lots of cute shops and squares along the way to center. Overall was a great experiance. Try the Tavern Resturant next door! The lasagna was to die for. "

"The staff communicated effectively in English and were able to assist with basic questions, which made the stay easier overall. While we did not intend to spend much time in the room, the accommodations did not match the photos presented at the time of booking, which was disappointing. Access to our assigned “orange” room required climbing 62 steps, which may be a consideration for some guests. Additionally, air conditioning was not available due to local seasonal regulations, and the room became uncomfortable at times—particularly with mosquitoes present each evening. There were also no fans provided. The room itself was minimally equipped, with very limited luggage storage, no desk, and no microwave. Lastly, while the property does offer complimentary activities or options, these were not communicated unless specifically requested. Overall, while the staff was courteous, there are several areas where clearer communication and improved room conditions would significantly enhance the guest experience."
