「I truly enjoyed Palazzetto MyVenice. What particularly distinguished Palazzetto was its intimate, personal character. The food was excellent, and your reception staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. It felt like a small luxury hotel in the best sense of the word—warm and personal rather than corporate. A true gem!」

「Location was great but service was average.」

「Good central location, very friendly staff, good size rooms, lots of snacks and drinks included, kitchen and laundry facilities is a big plus」

「方便又快速！乾淨又舒服！」

「Super clean, convenient location, staff members are great, they were super helpful! We will definitely stay again as we will come to Venice frequently.」

「Really modern hotel that is close to the main attractions. Easily accessible by the vaporetto and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely be back when i get back to Venice!!」

「Nos gusto mucho el hotel」

「Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile」

「La ubicación, el hotel hermoso, el personal muy profesional, nos encantó que estuviera a la orilla del río」

「The hotel location is very convenient. The hotel has 8 rooms only but with high quality of room design and service. the breakfast is very nice! The room price is reasonable.」

「好」

「No elevator. 4 floors with 2 rooms on each floor I think. Since we checked in after midnight we got the last room on the 4th floor. We had two large 50 pound suitcases with carry ons that we could barely get up 4 flights of tight stairs after a long flight. I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel only because of the lack of an elevator unless you can be guaranteed one of the two rooms on the first floor. Also you check in at another hotel and have to walk over a small bridge with a long...
