"The hotel is in a rough part of town, which is the first thing you notice, but it is very secure. You step inside and see what a lovely oasis it is. They had me in a queen room but I had thought/wanted two beds. They upgraded me for a small fee. The room was much larger than I was expecting. Everything looks new and very clean. Beds were comfortable and they had two types of pillows to ensure the right one. We had dinner and drinks at the restaurant, everything was impeccable. There’s also a great gym/pool/spa area. Service was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Went for a work trip and found this hotel to be great! I only are at their various restaurants (which average about $25 /plate and at night the menu is extremely limited but if you are looking for convenience especially at night that’s what you got) but overall the experience was great! One particular front desk lady made my night by being so amicable and helpful (I wish I would have caught her name). You even get a souvenir water bottle and the resort credit taken back daily essentially if you eat at their restaurants (ask for further detail on how to do that). The location was also great but I do wish the rooms had a better view….but overall a great Hotel! "

"I loved the location. It was in the heart of Chinatown and was fairly close to everything. Being so close to fisherman’s wharf was the best part. Taking bikes to go see the wharf was great!"
