“Loved the facilities, the pool, jacuzzi & steam room. I deducted one star was because the pool was shut for one of the days i stayed & the lodge is totally cashless, though the staff were very understanding that i only had cash on the first day & waited to take the room deposit. Friendly & helpful staff, with a lovely housekeeper who was especially generous with the biscuits & hot chocolate! Would definitely stay again.”

“Great fun for the family. Two boys age 5 and 7 really enjoyed the accommodation and parks. Perfect for their age and fun for the adults too. Sadly the accommodation smelt of cigarettes and also a lack of vegan food let the experience down. No options at all which I found really odd and not inclusive. Other family’s and even members of staff agreed that lack of dairy free options was a problem that could be easily sorted.”

“The shower drainage was stuck, bath water was soaking up above my feet, it was very disgusting. The shower tap was difficult to use and had to use brutal force to turn on. I finally asked my wife to endure not to take bath on that night. carpet old and dirty. stairs very steep and narrow, room. door key is kind of toy that all rooms can use the sane key. the room door was difficult to shut and open, had to kick open and pull hardly to lock. the only reception man answered door very late……
