“Stunning views from restaurant and room across as far as lake Arenal. All the food offerings were fantastic from breakfast to evening meals using home grown and home made items. Regular supply of wildlife to keep you entertained. Only slight negative was a reasonably long walk up a steep hill to get to the nearest shops etc but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also be aware there is no A/C in the rooms if you are as lucky as we were with the weather.”

“Proche Monteverde . Nous avons eu un chalet . Très agréable même si proche de la réception et de la route . Nous n’étions pas en pleine nature comme imaginé mais nous avons vu des cabines donnant sur la vallée. Possibilité de marcher autour de la finca (sentier). Le portail ferme à 22h ( demander un lien à la réception pour l’ouvrir). Bar/ restaurant à 5 min en voiture. Nous avons testé le jacuzzi ( froid lors de notre venue) . Petit déjeuner buffet très bon.”

“El hotel es tal cual lo promocionan, no hay engaño, lo que si tienen que mejorar es la cobertura del internet, hay mala señal en las habitaciones, si alguien quiere trabajar debe trasladarse al área del comedor. El desayuno es bueno, pero debe variarse, todos los días es el mismo. El hotel en general esta muy bien, limpio y con mucha vegetación y tiene vista al volcán.”

Dennis, Jose, Priscilla were great at the restaurant. The zip line and night tour at the hotel were nice as well”
