"Comfortable place to stay in every way. Front and back porch were used every day, weather was outstanding and the beach a short walk from the house. We met up with old friends for this trip and the house was a perfect place for us to relax and catch up with each other. "Our plans for this trip included taking in various sites Corolla to Cape Hatteras. This was a great central location near the pier, numerous places to eat (two of our favorites were Grits Grill for breakfast and Black Pelican for lunch and supper), and just steps to the beach! The outside of the building does look a little rough in spots, such as the stairs. There is a basketball area and a few common areas with lounge chairs. The inside of the condo is very nice. "Good stay, great location, wonderful staff. As advertised and solid value. 4/5 Stars. For 5 stars, desperately needed better pillows - they were horrible. Also, assigning us a 30-minute window for breakfast, 8-830a, was less than ideal, particularly for a vacation. Finally, the doors allowed in quite a bit of noise, so perhaps a bit more sound proofing. That said, for being an older building, it was good. It has a great location, wonderful staff, and was overall a solid value."

"This was definitely a nice find. The staff was friendly and professional. The building was clean and safe. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy beach access. The breakfast was great. Also cookies, wine, and cheese at night. Ice for your cooler and for your drinks. They have both and indoor and outdoor pool. Price was very reasonable. "
