"Easy friendly check in . Our room was very clean , comfortable bed and pillows. The furniture is a little dated but comfortable . Erika at the concierge desk was most helpful and very friendly . She helped us numerous times with a smile and kind demeanor . Trinida who works on Sunday was also quite helpful and kind. The hotel is a great location to theater , dining and transportation . We had a Pleasant visit ."

"Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Thank you to Jennifer at reception for making check in a breeze. She made sure to tell me about all the amenities, perks and gave advice about the neighboring restaurants and activities. Humberto was super helpful with helping me to my room. Everyone is just absolutely kind and welcoming. The room is clean and newly renovated. The breakfast is incredible at bond. Cannot wait to come back."

"Yo habia quedado con el hotel Que llegaria tempro lo cual me cobrarian un cargo extra. Cuando llegue me dijeron que no se podia hacer una entrada temprano que la persona que me dijo que si no sabia nada.el manager me trato muy mal. Pero lo mas incleible es que cuando revise mi extrato bancario me di cuenta que no medejaron hacer la entra temprano pero si me cobraron. Y ya les envío mensajes los llamo y no he optenido una respuesta"

"came in and there was a huge line to check in, was advised to come at 4PM, than was asked to do mobile checkin, which i did at 4PM, system said room can be within an hour, so agreed to 5PM, at 5PM, system showed checkin time 5:45PM, anyway decided to stand in the regular line (not the mobile check in), used the time to write a message on the app, and got a auto response that said "sorry for the delay, please write us a feedback"..., around 5:30PM (2.5 hours from 3PM the check in time), got in front of a staff member, and when I said this is so wrong, the staff member immediately said, he just check in people and if i want i can write to the management, as this is usual... Internet in the room is at a fee (i do not remember when last time was asked to pay for Internet), got 1 battle of shampoo for the entire 5 night stay... they never thought to bring another one... i checked out at 11AM sharp, and left the room at 11:10AM... in these 10 minutes was asked twice when I am leaving.... so 2.5hours delay in check in is OK, but 10 minutes checkout is not...
i travel all the time and spend allot of time in hotels, never wrote a bad review... this is my first! horrible experience."

"In the morning I couldn't receive a receipt that I needed because nobody was there in the front desk. And still haven't been shared after 5 hours passed from the check out time ended. The room was not like the one originally promised to have. Dissappointing."

"Al momento de realizar la reserva a través de su plataforma, no se informó de manera clara ni visible la existencia de un cargo diario obligatorio ('Destination Fee') de aproximadamente $35 por noche, adicional al precio de la habitación. Esta falta de transparencia me impidió tomar una decisión informada al momento de reservar.
Adicionalmente, al realizar el check-in, el personal del hotel me indicó que dicho monto de $35 diarios podría utilizarse íntegramente como crédito en consumo de alimentos y bebidas del establecimiento. Basándome en esa información, utilicé ese crédito en productos de comida del hotel. Sin embargo, al momento del check-out, me informaron que el crédito real para alimentos y bebidas era únicamente de $10 por día, no de $35 como me habían indicado.
Esto representa dos problemas concretos:
1. Información incompleta en la plataforma de Expedia al momento de la reserva.
2. Información incorrecta proporcionada por el personal del hotel, que me llevó a tomar decisiones de gasto basadas en datos erróneos.
En resumen, me cobraron 50 dolares mas por dia de lo que decía la reserva."

"The night we got there, we found lots of hair on the bed linen. It was late, the phone in the room wasn't working, and we didn't go down to complain; we were exhausted and just went to sleep. Overall, the hotel is average.Staff is very helpful and nice."
