“I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day. “Overall I rate this resort 7.5/10 The sargassum is VERY very bad, the first night we arrived I (not exaggerating) nearly vomited, it is insanely bad smell, every time we left the room we got hit in the face by the smell, defo avoid if you are sensitive to smells.
