「The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a lovely smell when we arrived. Just what we needed for an efficient stay. Lovely bathroom. The only thing that I would say for next time is tea and coffee are included, would have been nice to have a couple of the little Uht milk cartons to have with it. Otherwise would recommend.」

「Initial booking was easy and straightforward. But the check-in process left a lot to be desired! The Virtual Front Desk, ask you to send them photographic ID via WhatsApp or email, and they send you the access codes to the property, along with videos on how to use the locks. Once inside the property, you then need to navigate a labyrinth of hallways and staircases in the hope of finding your room. Fortunately for us, cleaners were on site when we checked in, and they showed us where our room...

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」

「Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working.」
