"My heart is full of gratitude to all your staffs. Not only for going extra miles to arranged the shipment of my lost cellphone bag that I left in the room upon check out and also for your quick respond when my daughter got high fever during our second night when I requested for a thermometer. We felt very safe and cared truly during and even after our stay. it was a long journey for us as first time tourists , physically exhausting , but you made everything worry free and luxurious for us. The high end amenities and complementaries were always checked and refilled daily. Thank you most especially to Ms. Mae and to the chief operating Officer of Housekeeping for your outstanding customer service. I love your hotel even more for your help. The complimentary lounge was also very nice ,well kept and relaxing , the staffs were always very attentive and accommodating as well. Looking forward to stay in your hotel again and hoping you will have more guests to stay to experience "True Luxury Service " from your extraordinary staffs. Your customer service was far beyond any 5 star hotels I stayed in around the world. "
