「服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。」

「We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.」

「Great 」

「We had a wonderful time staying at Grand Hotel du Lac Hanoi. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. We had a mocktail at the sky bar and it was very delicious. Forgot what it’s called but it has dragon fruit, mango with hibiscus tea. 」

「常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～下次來會再住這裏」

「staff is always helpful, however hotel could have more better choices for breakfast ( healthier, better coffee ) and could be going bit greener for eco reasons. but staff very helpful and friendly always. why not arrange cooperation with GAU cafe shop across the street for coffee/pastry???」

「真的是比較小的房型，但因為是去機場的前一天住宿，所以我認為ok，要到機場的86 bus很近，也是一開始挑這間飯店的原因。路口有一小節的樓梯，行員都非常機靈和主動幫忙（建議大家別忘了給他們小費）。以這個價格來說，非常划算！nice deal!!! CP value is high, great location for the BUS 86 to the HAN airport.」

Please note that traffic gets busy on weekends as they make them as walking areas in main areas. We stayed on the 8th floor, could see the lake view! Just walking one / two floor up for the bar and restaurant. We can see the cathedral from the rooftop bar. Breakfast has buffet and menu for main course. Great services! We loved the surprise fruit pack when we checked out as we headed...

「The hotel is beautiful. Everything looks like new. The roof bar is value for money. It's not easy to find a great view from the top of the building. Also, staffs are really helpful. They whatsapp me about the arrangement before the day I checked in, and offer help 24/7. Such a good team. 」

「まだ新しく清潔感のあるホテルです。ベットルームとバスルームがゆったりとしています。ロビーに入るとスタッフが満面の笑みでウェルカムティと焼き菓子を持ってきてくれます。なんでも聞いてくださいお手伝いします。と配慮が行き届きフレンドリーです。朝食はとにかく美味しいです。種類も豊富でボリュームもあります。果物の種類も多く、ジュースは手作りでどれも爽やかです。ホアンキエム湖やドンスアン市場まで徒歩10分位で便利な立地です。また行きたいホテルです。」

「Everything is good. But fitness is bad.」

「Very enjoyable stay, great location close to both the church and lake. Great hospitality from the team, particularly one that made the difference was Sunny Ng(Ha Nguyet). Cheerful and knowledgable of the area, we got good tips and recommendations from her. Really appreciate the little touch they did for my birthday too. Cảm ơn rất nhiều」
