“The Staff is what makes this place excellent. Fernando, a waiter was a stand out. He turned good dinners into great ones. The pool service was excellent as was the bartender. The resort grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. Rooms are definitely dated and can use updating. Our door had gaps around it and you could see daylight. As an American born into tipping culture I brought a lot of small USD bills to tip at least $2 USD per drink and $5+ for room service and additional $5 for housekeeping per occurrence.
