「We had a fantastic stay. The reason for not giving five stars on everything was that the small strip of grass designated for allowing dogs to relieve themselves had so much dog poop on it it was difficult to walk without stepping in it. The poop bag dispenser was empty. We had our own poop bags and picked up after our dog and a few others we could fit in the same bag but much more clean up was needed. Other than that one issue we loved staying at Heritage Inn.」

「We had a blast at this resort.. it is super close to all the activities and Walmart was around the corner as well. Very nice. The property was neat too. When you visit ask of Barbara… she will make your day pleasant.」

「We stayed in the Alabama Room on the ground floor of the Welty House. The room was clean, everyone was friendly, and we really appreciated the history of the property. The only strange thing was that the blankets always felt damp, although the sheets were dry. There was a dehumidifier in the room, so perhaps it was just the humidity. We didn’t complain since the sheets were all we really needed. We tried the $18 breakfast one morning. We knew it was in the Victorian House, but it was confusing...

「Well the room was ok shower was tiny kitchenette was small,the internet kept freezing up,the outside areas were dirty and seemed to be not maintained at all,looked abandoned ,BBQs dirty not sanitary for use didnt look ready for use...when i booked it it said free breakfast and a video of a nightly fire pit outside hosted by the owners,non of that is available,very over priced for no usable amenities or breakfast.would not recommended or book again.」

「Under new ownership has the kitchen open to guests at all hours. NIce tho some guests cook and dont wash their dishes and no one on site to supervise it. I put way dishes from the staff baking muffins early in the day and wiped counters and tied up a full to the brim garbage can. I like the access to kitchen and common area but not if area is not monitored. Room was clean as usual and comfortable and well decorated. NO hot water for morning shower in upstairs room tho.」
