"Love this hotel nested in the heart of Phố Cổ convenient to shopping, Ho Hoa Kiếm, cafe shop, wash & fold stores. Staff is super friendly, they go above & beyond to accommodate your needs. The connecting room is very small & no outside window. Otherwise, premium room is very roomy. I would stay here again. "

The hotel had a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made the stay enjoyable. It felt like a great place to unwind after busy days. I would happily return here again. "

"This was a really comfortable hotel stay. The bed was wonderful. The service from the staff (front desk and breakfast restaurant) was amazing. The breakfast was delicious - including the most amazing Vietnamese coffee of our trip! Ideal location in the old quarter."

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, fancy, and convenient. Staff is always attentive, helpful, and kind. They provided us useful information on areas to shop/eat. They even helped arrange transportation to our next destination (Sapa). The hotel is very close to many shops and restaurants. It’s also very walkable to Old Quarter and the Hanoi Lake Kiem. If you’re there on the weekends, it’s close to the night market that opens during the weekend (very walkable)."

"The hotel description is misleading. There is NO onsite breakfast facilities. Breakfast is down the road, outside the hotel!! When we arrived, the only lift in the hotel was "out of service". This is definitely NOT a 4* hotel. It is more like a 1* hotel. This hotel does NOT come with the concierge, the facilities, decor, or top notch service that all 4* hotels offer. This hotel offers absolutely nothing. The staff are miserable and unhelpful. The rating for this hotel definitely needs to be reclassified. Regarding the room. We asked for 2 room queues, but was told we could only have one and if one of us needed to access our room we had to get reception to let us in. The sockets in the room was loose. The kettle needed to be unplugged to stop it over boiling. There are some good points to this hotel, and that is it's location. It is on a quirky road in the centre of all the hustle and bustle."

"Loved our stay here. The best part of this hotel is their staff. Before our arrival, the staff reached out to us to arrange airport pickup. They were always in contact. When we arrived, we were greeted with warm towel to wipe our hands and tea. They recommended areas to visit. They even helped booked our over night sleeper train tickets to Sapa. The staff definitely went above and beyond which made our stay so much more pleasant. For international women’s day, the staff even gave me a flower. When we checked out, we were also given a little gift of tiger balm. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is walking distance to everywhere. Highly recommend. "
