"その部屋は私たち家族にとってとても広々としていました。小さな子供たちと一緒に旅行しましたが、ホテルは私たちのニーズにとてもよく対応してくれました。スタッフは素晴らしく、とても親切でした。まるでホテルに滞在しているのではなく、家族と一緒に過ごしているかのように感じました。 ホテルは最高の立地にありました。ホテルで朝食はとりませんでしたが、見たところメニューも充実しているようでした。ホテルからホアンキエム湖までは徒歩ですぐなので、食べ物の選択肢も数え切れないほどありました。 日中は市内を散策し、ホテルに戻ると大きな笑顔で迎えてくれました。ホテルに戻ってくると、リラックスして安全だと感じることができました。 今回のハノイ滞在を思い出深いものにしてくれた、アンナさんと、名前を残念ながら忘れてしまった、もう一人の優しい受付の女性、ダさんに大きな感謝を送ります。"

"We absolutely loved staying here. The manager is so awesome and helped us so much. He helped us book an overnight cruise to ha long bay and a 3 day trip to ha Giang. We had so many questions for him about the rest of our travels and he helped us figure out the rest of it. The hotel room was very nice and cozy. The breakfast in the morning was super yummy as well. I cannot recommend this place enough and recommend how amazing the manager is. I recommend booking everything with him, he is the best. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. All of the staff are super nice, it’s super clean, and a perfect location close to so many things. I am so thankful we stayed here. If it wasn’t for the manager our trip to Vietnam would have not been as great. So thankful for his hospitality, kindness, and service. "

"Decent breakfast with a different menu every day. Highly recommend trying the Pho-ga (Vietnamese Chicken Noodles) from their breakfast menu. Anna also helped us to arrange a car to pick us up from the Airport and also drop us off. She also helped us to book an incense village tour at the last notice and took great care of us. Love to come back with my family once again."

"The Hotel had a recent change in management and as expected, not everythings were up to speed. The staffs were wonderful and handle these problems with graces, we end up with some very enjoyable stay at the hotel. "
