“Great proximity to the beach! Seemed like a very quiet neighborhood but we came in the middle of September so I don’t know about the rest of the year. When they say 3 minute walk to the beach that is very much true! We were able to take our little wagon with us to the beach…literally you cross a parking lot to a little path through the dunes and you’re on the beach! Cottage is older but has that “comfortable beach charm” Very clean as well. ”

“Loved the location and the actual property. We sat on the rocking chairs and then took the VERY short walk to the beach. Then back to the rocking chairs. We spent the whole time outside. ”

“We had a great long weekend at this spot! There were four of us (two adults and two kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beds were super comfy and I say this because I have been to several places that were not so it’s a worth a mention for me :-D The beach was a 5 minute walk away and the kids loved the pool. There was also a mini golf place just a 2 minute walk, restaurants and entertainment all around. I would definitely come back here.”

“Very nice updated home! We had 7 adults, and 2 children(ages 2 and 6) and had a great time! The home had plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the games room and the big back yard. Was stocked well and very close to CCU. ”
