Only 3 km. away from the beaches. Apartment with 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room and large kitchen, indoor laundry area with sink, parking for vehicle, and a very spacious and fresh balcony.
the apartment is spacious 90 m2 with a living room with tv and on the other hand another lunch area and open kitchen. It has a small washing area with automatic washing machine next to the kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave, a large fridge, and a kitchen with 4 gas hotplates.
The main room has its bathroom inside. The other room does not have a bathroom inside but there is a common bathroom outside that can be used both for that room and for guests, the two bathrooms have a bathtub, screen and shower hose with hose. There is an electric heater for both the bathrooms and the kitchen.
There is an audio intercom with keypad to open the door from the outside.
In the common areas there is security surveillance by cameras and the enclosure is completely walled and closed with electric gate for exit and entry of residents vehicles, and a pedestrian door with hydraulic lock that can be opened from the inside but not from the outside. There is a parking area and in front is the hotel where there are only rooms (not full apartments)
We are located in a popular neighborhood where many shops and businesses where there are many shops and businesses, banks, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, money exchange, bars, etc ...
At 3 minutes walking there is a playground for children closed and with wifi, there is also a gym just in front across the street.
The distance from the Punta Cana airport is about 20 km, which is about 20 minutes by car. Public transportation from the Airport to any place is exclusively by taxi. The average price of a taxi to our accommodation is USD 30. We are also located very close to the central bus station of Bavaro, (only 3 minutes walking), From the bus station you can take any bus to Santo Domingo, Higuey or any other town.
We are also located very close to the exit to the highway or boulevard for those who have a private vehicle.
Local transport can be done by bus or motorcycle taxi. The bus is cheaper and happens frequently.
The nearest beach (Cortecito beach) is about 3 km away.
Something to keep in mind is the quality of the running water in the apartments. In other places that are very close to the beach the water comes out smelling and salty for obvious reasons, however here we have a clean and chlorinated water that will not bother the smell or the skin.
If the host is available he can give directions and advice both tourist and other indole to have a better stay in the country. Also for those who like to travel by free in backpacking or by car we have very good tips and recommendations for routes of several days since we know all corners of the country.

A solo 3 km. de las playas. Apartamento con 2 habitaciones con aire acondicionado y 2 baños, sala de estar y sala de comedor corrido y cocina amplia, area de lavado interior con fregadero, parqueo para un vehiculo, y un balcon muy espacioso y fresco.
el apartamento es amplio 90 m2 con una sala de estar con tv y por otra parte otra zona de lunch y cocina abierta. Tiene una pequeña area de lavado con lavadora automatica junto a la cocina. La cocina dispone de un microondas, una nevera amplia, y cocina con 4 fogones a gas.
Las habitacion principal tiene su baño adentro. La otra habitacion no tiene baño dentro pero hay afuera un baño comun que se puede usar tanto para esa habitacion como para invitados, los dos baños tienen bañera, mampara y ducha de telefonillo con manguera. Hay un calentador electrico tanto para los baños como para la cocina.
Hay un portero automatico de audio con botonera para abrir la puerta del exterior.
En las zonas comunes hay seguridad vigilancia por camaras y el recinto esta totalmente amurallado y cerrado con porton electrico para salida y entrada de vehiculos de residentes, y una puerta peatonal con cierre hidraulico que se puede abrir desde el interior pero no del exterior. Hay una zona de parqueo y al frente se encuentra el hotel donde solo hay habitaciones (no apartamentos completos)
Si el anfitrion se encuentra disponible podra darles indicaciones y consejos tanto turisticos como de otra indole para que tengan una mejor estancia en el pais. Además para los que les guste viajar por libre en plan mochilero o en coche tenemos muy buenos tips y recomendaciones para hacer rutas de varios dias ya que conocemos todos los rincones del pais.
Algo a tener muy en cuenta es la calidad del agua corriente en los apartamentos. En otros lugares que están muy cerca de la playa el agua sale con mal olor y salada por razones obvias, sin embargo aquí tenemos un agua limpia y tratada con cloro que no le molestará al olor ni a la piel.
Tambien hay parking interior con porton electrico automatico. El parking externo es gratuito, el parking interior es de pago y debe reservarlo con anterioridad a su llegada.
Estamos ubicados en un barrio popular por donde transitan muchos locales y donde hay muchos comercios y negocios, bancos, restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, casa de cambio, bares, etc...
A 3 minutos caminando hay un playground para niños cerrado y con wifi, tambien hay un gym justo al frente cruzando la calle.
La distancia desde el aeropuerto de Punta Cana es de unos 20 km, que suponen unos 20 minutos en carro. El transporte publico desde el Aeropuerto hacia cualquier lugar es exclusivamente por taxi. El precio medio de un taxi hasta nuestro alojamiento es de 30 USD. Ademas estamos ubicados muy cerca de la estacion central de bus de bavaro, (tan solo a 3 minutos caminando), Desde la estacion de bus se puede coger cualquier bus a Santo Domingo, Higuey o cualquier otra localidad.
Tambien estamos ubicados muy cerca de la salida a la autovia o boulevard para los que tienen vehiculo privado.
El transporte local puede hacerse en bus o en mototaxi. El bus es mas barato y pasa frecuentemente.
La playa mas cercana se encuentra a unos 3 km.
