The kids were so disappointed with being unable to swim in the ocean with it being so cold and too strong and then not even being able to use the pool. There was no hot tub either. The breakfast was overpriced and so bland. It was our first time in St. Augustine and will be our last with this experience. "

"Right from the beginning the gentleman, who I assume was the manager was speaking so respectful and nice to his staff and they showed respect back. Very impressed by that! He then was so nice as he checked us in. Very nice and comfortable room. We think they have been renovating. New floors and pain. Not a lot furniture in room, but for one night it was fine. Would stay there again. "

"The room was big but, the floor was filthy. I wiped up some water that fell on the floor and the paper was black. That floor had not been mopped in weeks. The sofa bed had crumbs all over the it and the mattress was all springs and full of stains. Absolutely disgusting. The furniture in the room looked like they got it from a dumpster, The breakfast was okay. If the room would have been clean and the sofa bed in decent condition it would have been so much better. I guess you get what you pay for. My mistake, never again."
