“We loved the lake view and the convenient location, with lovely restaurants and cafés nearby, but unfortunately, the service was frustrating.
The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel’s system needs improvement. Nobody ever answered the room telephone when we called housekeeping or reception. As we travelled with our cat, we kept the “Do Not Disturb” sign on when we were out and wanted our room cleaned in the afternoon or evening. We had to visit reception in person to……

“The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom.
I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. I was so grateful the staff on duty on 21 May, came and helped……
