“Our room location was great! Left turn and we could go to either pool or we where located right across the street from tower 2, turn right and we could go inside for coffee and the restaurant and exit to the parking garage for our car. The view was great! We had an ocean view, balcony room so we could see the outdoor pools and tiki bar from our room! Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and right in between both Shopping centers which was convenient! Very family friendly and highly……

“The place is in desperate need of updating. The carpets in the rooms are pretty nasty and need to go. Our feet were turning brown from them. No amount of cleaning is going to fix it. They need to get rid of the carpet. The outside area, elevators and stairwells were never cleaned while we were there. We had a plumbing issue and the maintenance and housekeeping staff responded quickly and were courteous. The staff overall was pleasant and helpful. The place is just showing its age.”

“This is an older hotel. The room had obviously been upgraded with new floors, walls painted etc. so it was not an unpleasant suite. But bathroom is very small by current standards for 2 people. We used our balcony and enjoyed the view. We did not eat breakfast. Staff were outstanding. We did have a drink by the pool. The “pool shack” bar is fairly run down but was popular and the drinks we had were good. All the different pools were obviously popular tho we did not use them. Bed was……

“This was NOT what was pictured online. The room was gross. There was hair in the bathroom, the pillows were stained up. Gunk on the lamp shades. We didn’t even want to take our shoes off. We checked in and right when we opened the door it smelled. We didn’t stay the night there and they wouldn’t refund that night-only the next 2 nights. So disappointed, and I’m out $300!!”
