"Wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first time staying in Cincinnati, but I was pleased with the hotel, staff, and the room. Parking was easy and plenty of local eats were very close to the hotel. I would stay here again next time we are in town. "

"Love the suite style for our family trip (couple+kid+Grandma), spacious. The lift is slow. Nice breakfast area but the replenish speed was a bit slow on memorial Day Monday and the following day. Don't even have forks or butter for the second half of the session. "

"Staff was really nice. Especially Hope. Nice, clean hotel. The bar and dining room are very nice. Loved the buffet breakfast that was included in the option we chose. "

"Everything and everyone was courteous and helpful except for losing my keys to my car at the valet!!!!! Valet was way too busy and a lot of confusion. I needed to be home by noon to 1 pm and didn’t arrive back to Lancaster OH until 3:45. I feel that I should have been compensated somehow!!"

"So the property is in a good location But room 315 is terrible. View is the ac condensers running all the time. Good if you are deaf. But the free cocktails are good and the burgers were good. Thankfully just one night listening to a condenser motor all night. Nice staff. Just refuse 315 "
