"Hotel was great expensive over priced really however I had a great view and it’s close to my work one week equaled rent in the early 2000’s let’s not forget the $50 per nite they charge for incidentals oh and had I not been afraid to loose my car as is just another bill that would be another $50 per night "

"Great location within walking distance of things to do / near bus stop to get around the city without needing a car. Friendly staff & clean facilities. Would be nice if there was breakfast since the ihop around the corner was always packed with lines out the door. "

"Our first time to SF but our second Kimpton hotel! This has all the perks of a hotel right next to the wharf, which is super walkable and fun to experience early morning and late night! The record player and record library are such a nice touch, and the robes in room make it feel even more like a vacation! We will definitely be back!"

"Parking is not available on property only valet for 85.00 no exceptions or parking for handicap or disabled individuals. You either pay 85.00 or you park 2 blocks away for 37.00 and need to pay every time you enter the parking garage "

"What an amazing place to stay with my kids. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The convenience of the local transpiration and the use of bikes is beyond a plus. Great place to stay and will suggest it to everyone I know."

"Atmosphere "

"The hotel was lovely! The inside is very nice and my room was clean. I didn’t have a car to get around the city so I needed a central location and would recommend this hotel overall for easier Uber rides. My only issue was the surrounding area to the hotel. While I never felt unsafe, it still wasn’t a pleasant walk around the block."

"The property was a great location. Valet or public parking available. Was not aware of additional fee collected at hotel when checking in, but the accommodations were great. "

"Area surrounding infested with homeless, drunk, under influence people. You would want to limit time outside the hotel doors. The hotel does not have a restaurant you would need to order delivery. The parking and other fees are excessive. Staff is friendly. As we were leaving our car was blocked on the valet parking lane by a car not owned by a hotel guest and people behaved aggressively. Hotel staff neither control or enforce anything at the valet area."
