This private 2 bedroom apartment is located on the lower level of our freestanding Victorian era home. Enjoy the beautiful tree-lined surroundings before entering this lovely renovated apartment. The apartment comprises an inviting living room with a large kitchenette, separate dining area and two generous bedrooms. It comes with a WASHER DRYER and use of a small bluestone patio & fire pit table. The Q and B line subway is very close by with an express line to the city.
