"This place is gorgeous - the staff is so friendly and kind. Jade in the Dive Shop is wonderful and made our stay so much more special for our kids. There's a great running trail, the restaurant is fabulous - location is perfect for visiting cenotes and surrounding historical ruins. Snorkeling from the
beach
is awesome. We moved on to a different resort after Paamul for the all inclusive experience, but the beaches aren't as nice for snorkeling - and the free breakfast at Paamul is really good....

"Loved the location, community felt very safe, everyone was friendly. The restaurant was convenient to have right there. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We got to go to the community farmers market and get lots of tasty treats. The house itself was big and easily accommodated our group. The property and house was a bit run down. We couldn’t get hot water in half the showers, one of the main bathrooms sink was broken. Part way into the trip there was a strong sewage smell...
