「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

Dining Excellence: Helios was the consistent star of our trip for breakfast (the chia seed pudding is a must-try) and dinner. A special shout-out to Chef Sabine and Manuel for making our anniversary dinner magical with personalized decorations. Entertainment: Chic Cabaret is a world-class experience. Sonia provided excellent service through a spectacular 7-course meal....

「All the staff was excellent, specially the kids club and family selection! Also David and Cielo my concierges, both were always there for everything we needed and more… Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best! The boat driver was top notch, the same with waiters and cleaning crew (our chocolate fairy god mother), thanks to all, we will definitely return! 」
