"This hotel is centrally located with easy access to various train stations. We love the view from our 31st floor. The area is quiet and yet vibrant with all the happenings of nearby street vendors, Sumo Stadium, and parks. The Hotel has everything a foreign travelers want: 24 hours convenient store, laundromat, spa and a large lounge to relax and eat your food and enjoy interacting with other travelers. Our only disappointment was the pool was not available during this time of year. But hopefully we will come back next time with pool season fully opened. The room is smaller than what we are used to here in the U.S…but it’s clean and the bed is very comfortable."

"Hotel was centrally located in Shinjuku area airport limousine bus and Tokyo Disney shuttle all stop here. There are lots if food options around the area. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was incredibly clean, the staff was so pleasant and the in-house restaurant had a great breakfast + good dinner. Would absolutely stay again. The only negative is it is a bit far from the heart of Tokyo but the train system is so good it doesn’t really matter that much."

"Tobu was an extremely nice facility that was centrally located. It’s so close to the JR (Japan’s railway) making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I highly advise investing in tickets for the hotel’s breakfast. It had a lot of food options (i.e. an omelette bar, bacon, pastries, pancakes, cereal, fresh fruit, salad, etc.) that made it easy to quickly eat and then be on your way to see the city. We would definitely stay at Tobu again!"

"We had a very comfortable stay in the east wing family room for our family of 4. We love that there are 4 beds in the spacious room. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a safe and convenient location near several train stations. It’s great they have a laundry facility there, although you have to go down the elevator with your laundry and walk through the lobby and use the main elevators to get there from the east wing where all the family rooms are located. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
