“I have never stayed at a place that was this visibly dirty but the worst part was the black mold in the bathroom ceiling. My son is asthmatic. We left soon after we checked in and we're able to find a much nicer hotel down the road. We had children and a senior dog with us so it was stressful having to find a last minute place. I am glad the front office was immediately willing to give us a full refund unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.”

“It was an average stay until I woke preparing to check out and find a cockroach in the shower. I videoed it to show the female that has been in the office every morning since my arrival. She glanced at the video and was very dismissive towards me. Not one apology or concern about what I just showed her. She checked me out and said “ok all done””

“Easy parking ”

“Although this is not a fancy schmancy hotel, it is ideally located, and the staff is great! The included hot breakfast was a definite highlight! I really appreciated being right by the river and within walking distance of most of what I wanted to see, including the Castillo de San Marcos.”

“Expedia scam me they book me in in the wrong day and even I have insurance they said it’s with 3rd party and they didn’t refund me anything, I don’t recommend at all , this hotel has nothing to do with this”

“It has terrible smell in the room, it worth nothing, I just be stupid to spend money there, even the location is good , but the room facilities are horrible nightmare ”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.”
