「Very glad with breakfast service and free afternoon tea service! The location is so good, so convinent to Harrods. Although the room is not big, but is very warm and smart. 「I have lived in hotels in different areas in London but this hotel’s location is simply the best. There is a comfortable lounge with free coffee and free printing. There is also a free self-serviced laundry and dryer which is very useful. My room has a decent kitchen though I did not use it. 」
