“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“My girlfriend (friend/colleague/travel buddy) and I stayed at Hotel Mereva during the off-season and absolutely loved it. The hospitality was next level—Erik and Dalia at the front desk were always kind, helpful, and made getting around super easy. The staff, including Felipe, Aaron, Luis, Santos, and Gabriel, were so genuine and warm—it felt like being among friends. The food was unreal. Shrimp tacos, forest pizza, and the heirloom tomato with burrata were top tier. Happy hour had the best……

“The room met all of our needs for a family of six. The beds were comfortable & having two bathrooms was great. The room had three ac units. We were able to easily walk to get a meal. Pavel the bartender was so welcoming and we enjoyed spending time with him at the bar almost every day we were there. Each day he suggested a new drink & they were always delicious! He even offered pool side service. The pools decks were relaxing & the views from the pools were great. We read reviews about noise.……
