“This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. “Rooms are in very poor condition, they try to make you sign a contract before seeing the room that states you have seen it and have “no complaints” and cannot be refunded. They also state if the food or conditions cause illness that could be “LIFE THREATENING” they will not be liable. If you don’t sign you can’t check in, so we had to sign under duress as we couldn’t find a new hotel for the same night. There’s also no beach access and sink water smells like sewage. We moved to Hotel HM Bavaro……

“For the price the stay was good. We were close to walk to the beach. We had loads of restaurant options near by. Smoothies and other breakfast spots too. Greenfit wellness center was close and excellent. The beach was marvelous and only a few minute walk. The pool at the hotel was nice. La Bruja had a great dinner. The room itself was not great. It worked though. No hot water. No daily room clean service. Alba was the guy at the hotel he took us to an excursion which was good. He……

“This hotel offered exactly what I was looking for in a comfortable and well-located stay. Part of studio suites were modern and had thoughtful amenities that made the stay easy. Apartments and villas were cozy, spacious, and great for groups. I loved the lush garden surrounding the property, which made the environment feel peaceful.”

“I rarely leave reviews, but I want to warn others before booking. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the studio, and this is not a beach property. We arrived around 11:00 PM due to flight and customs delays. Although the listing states the office is open until 11:00 PM, no one was available and the studio was left unlocked. We were later informed a cash electricity deposit was required ($10 per unit, three total), which was not disclosed in the Expedia listing. I contacted Expedia……
