“Lo bueno:
El lugar bien situado, el hotel bonito la alberca genial bastante grande, la habitación muy bien lamentablemente nos quedamos con ganas de la tina por los tiempos no la usamos, el desayuno estuvo bien lo básico o esperado y tuvieron un detalle muy lindo en la habitación por el cumple de mi esposo un pastel y una pequeña decoración de verdad un lindo detalle.
Lo malo:
Es que ya habíamos reservado y pagado la estancia y llegando te piden $2000 pesos de depósito como garantía por si……

“We are on vacation now and have had nothing but disappointment since we have been here. The description says there is on sight car rental, but there is not. It says made to order breakfast but you have to purchase a meal ticket then take it to a restaurant at a different location. It says there are two pools, there is not. It says there is a swim up bar, there is not, in fact, there is no bar at all. There is a full size refrigerator but no microwave to heat up your food. We had to ask for……

“It’s so so old and all stink humid and mold, we’ve had roaches in our room. Pools are old and ugly. Ocean and the beach are beautiful, stuff is amazing
For this money I’ve stayed at way better properties, wouldn’t ever put 9 for this one.”

“Everything was clean and beautiful grounds! The only thing I would improve would be food choices. But honestly, you get what you pay for and it’s a great value. I have never seen people work harder on groundskeeping in my life.”

“The property was small and felt like family. No fighting for a chair at the beach or the pool. Lots of games on the beach and at the pool to join or watch. Diego was an amazing activity director and remembered his guests and created relationships. Not as fancy as other resorts, but the welcoming atmosphere was so much better.”

“Incredible staff, but Preferred Suite and pool are severely neglected.
We were incredibly disappointed with our Preferred Suite, especially paying premium rates. The room requires a massive update and deep clean. The fan and AC vent made a frustrating amount of noise, the ceiling was noticeably cracked, the hanging light fixture was rusted and corroded, the furniture was chipped and beaten up, and the bathroom door was covered in filthy streaks with rusted hinges.
