“The room is as clean, the only issue I had was that once I left the lobby the area the rest of the hotel had a strange smell to it. I also observed what appeared to be bloody hand prints on the door of the bathroom.”

“The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom. All that said, it was still comfortable, and we had a great time! I do think……

“Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. Pool was not……

“It’s closed and couldn’t even stay at this hotel. We had to stay at the Polynesian next door so took us 2 hours to figure that out, check in, and find our room. ”

“Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. The ice machine doesn’t work but the day I was leaving learned you can go to the desk and they will provide it. The pool was very clean and……

First staff member said we didnt have a reservation, second one came out and said come back and try in a few hours or something so we left excusing the attitude for a possible busy day and stress from work. Came back AND STILL NO HELP! Had to wait for a manager to come out of the back and pull it up just so i could get my room (which was apparently visible the ENTIRE time) Going to the room it had hair from whoever was in there before cleaning (inside used tissues on……
