“We've been coming to Royal Haciendas for the past 5 years, and we love the property. It is clean, the food is very good, and the staff are so helpful and kind. I realize that they make money by booking excursions through the concierge desk, but one particular guy was doing the hard sell on us, when we told him we were just there to rest and relax (I had just had surgery so no excursions other than going into town in Playa del Carmen).
