「Avoid this place like the plague! I booked this place a month in advance. Called the property to make sure my check-in would go smoothly. They confirmed my booking from hotel.com and I’ll get instruction for check-in 24 hours before my stay. The day I arrived in Hanoi to I had called the property several times to get instructions for the check-in process. They never answered until hours later. 「Very clean and staff is friendly. Good price for the location and convenience. 」

「The location was great and very walkable. We felt very safe. One downside was the smell of the drains. To be fair we didn’t say anything we just think that’s the plumbing in the old buildings. It wasn’t a big deal but you don’t get a daily clean service. We prefer it as we don’t like people in the room. However, a change of towels and hand soap in the bathroom would make this a 5 star! 」

「酒店位於舊城區，鄰近很多景點，附近亦有很多餐廳及按摩店，旁邊還有一間超市，非常方便。 酒店經裝修後剛重新開幕，客房整潔。而職員更是無比的熱情有禮，令住客有賓至如歸的感覺，服務態度非常好👍 餐廳提供免費自助早餐，款式非常多，並提供越南特色菜，為避免住客對重複的食物吃厭，部份菜式更天天轉換，務求保持新鮮感。實在十分用心！」
