“Staff were amazing, pool was great, the room was really cute. AC and the ceiling fan combo were great after spending time outdoor in the sun. We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards. However the breakfast was too salty we skipped the other day even when it was included in our bill. (I would only recommend the pancakes!) The water pressure was really bad it was just dripping. It was little……

“There is hair on my bed sheets that is not mine. The place is old and basic with a lot of mosquitoes and a dead cockroach. Room is dim and aircon is not cold. The link from the booking is also wrong. There is no “boutique” word on the actual site so it’s quite confusing. Oh yes, the band next door played till past 11pm!”

“It's not clear from the listing on Expedia, but this property is actually a hostel, with several additional rooms. Our room looked exactly like the photos, however there were a few issues. The air conditioner in the room simply wasn't strong enough for the size of the room so it was quite warm inside, there were very few outlets and the sink and shower water pressure was quite strong, often spraying water outside the sink/shower. The staff were very friendly, offering to call taxis and set up……

“Very nice hotel, with very helpful staff. A rooftop bar and restaurant is a plus and very convenient. The room was small, but I enjoyed staying for a couple of nights. A bit getting noisy in the night because of the rooftop, but I was okay with that. I had an issue with the balcony door lock, which was not completely locked, even though you tried hard, and it could open with a push from outside. The balcony is a nice setup shared with other rooms. It was okay with me, but I am not sure……
