"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Cancun, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional. The room was absolutely fantastic—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and with a truly spectacular view that made every moment feel special. The attention to detail was evident everywhere. The food was another highlight. There was an incredible variety of options, all of them delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a new experience. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. The staff consistently went above and beyond—always checking in to see if we needed anything, bringing food and drinks directly to us by the pool, and ensuring our comfort at all times. Our room was refreshed multiple times a day, with everything perfectly replenished without us ever needing to ask. The level of care extended into the restaurants as well. The team was incredibly attentive, always asking about dietary needs. My mother has sensitivity to spicy food, and they kindly customized her meals every single day with genuine care and enthusiasm. A special mention goes to Chef Antonio Hernandez, who made a lasting impression on us. He is not only a talented chef but also an incredibly kind and respectful person who truly cares about the guest experience. This was more than just a hotel stay—it was a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service"

"The food was Creative & different everyday. Great variety & something for every taste. Pool was very clean & seating always seemed to be available. Rooms were very clean, spacious & beautiful. "

"Food is not great compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Late night menu is terrible. No room service. Property seems very old. Elevators stopped working the day we were checking out and had to carry a large suitcase down 6 flights of stairs."

"Reservation process was a mess. Due to delayed flight, emailed property. They confirmed When I arrived, was told my reservation canceled due to no show/no call….and they rented the room out last night. Showed them their own correspondence confirming my late arrival and confirming reservation. After the airline delay I just wanted to check in, shower and nap an hour. Instead, I waited and waited ( well over an hour) while they cleaned the room and redid paperwork. BTW: although they cancelled my reservation and rented the room, they still charged me for that night. The breakfast buffet was a huge let down. Over 30 minutes standing in line for an omelette. Skip the buffet, order à la carte unless you are a glutton. Even check out took a very long time. Not worth the money or hassle "
