"We stay here every time we come to Nashville. A great breakfast and close to the action. It's a short walk to Broadway and we LOVE Kelsey at the front desk. We met her in February during our stay. We visit 3-4 times a year and we will continue to stay at the Hyatt because of her. She takes great care of us and makes us feel like family. Ya'll are lucky to have her!"
