「The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.」

「For an all inclusive hotel, the fridge was empty when we got there, there 4 of us in the family and the fifth day we were there they gave us one towel for everyone to use and it upsets me therefore I had to call the desk to request for more, they were nice enough to bring us some towels. also bottle water was limited, there was one day where they only gave us one bottle water therefore before we go back to the room we always ask for bottle water at the pool bar. Staff were great and friendly....

「Definitely not five star. Room was beat up, balcony door didn't lock, closet didn't stay closed, patio furniture was filthy (rust stains). Food was weak, lobby worn out, loud pool music 12 hours a day - don't get a seaview unless you don't care about noise. We couldn't take it and left early and got no sympathy, got hit real hard by $1000+ in cancellation fees. Seems like hotel has an identify crisis, way too far from the action to be a decent party hotel, yet luxury is lacking, price too...

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」
