「One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.」

「I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day. 「I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better.」
