"The staff were INCREDIBLE, really friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Hotel room had minor issues - our balcony facing works, no slippers / robes until we asked for them, and all room amenities (eg mugs, glasses etc) only set up for two instead of three people until we had to call up for them. Great pool that’s open 24 hours a day and we can use the beach facilities of the other Hyatt 5min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again"
