“We stayed for the first time at the TRS Yucatan after upgrading from White Sands. The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff were super friendly and kind and always there to help if you needed anything. The only slight negative was the steak at any of the restaurants including El Gaucho was really stringy and tough to chew even a New York strip. “This is by far our favorite resort. Absolutely kids friendly, with so many activities planned throughout the week. Family Selection is a must if you have kids. It gives you access to all the perks and allows for the parents to enjoy Adults Only part of the resort while the children can stay in the Kids Center under great supervision. We travel with my kids, parents and siblings and we always book family selection. Delicious food, amazing time and great staff! We loved Maria and Israel at Family……
