Hospital de Tulum

Nice stay overall. The staff were very nice and the place was kept clean. NO NOT DO THE BREAKFAST BUFFETT. It was the worst i've tried in my life and I've tried a lot.

We visited Seadust a few years ago and it was amazing, but this time was not the same, the toddler are was closed, they said it was because it was hot, not a great reason. We had a baby and were not allowed to go on the slides with them because we were adults. So nothing for her to enjoy, the candy buffet was not there, also they still have the crepes picture on their website, but is not there anymore, bad advertisement. I will not go there again. Some of the staff were rude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our shower was horribly strong. It was very rough and the tub would clog. We told the main office about it and they did nothing. There are fees for not showing up to reservations we were told to cancel it on the app or simply call. Nothing was shown on the app nor did anyone answer the phone calls. This is how they play there games to get money. I will never stay here again.
