「Five adults, teen and pre teen. Private, secure, with just the right amount of indoor family space and outdoor lounging and pool play. Caretakers are wonderful and responsive. Close to Tulum and many sightseeing and action activities. Newly built Tulum Airport was a bonus for us. Our only dislike was the condition of the road. Very rough and bumpy getting to the villa at the end of the road.」

「Initially, there was a little hiccup with my particular Villa, but the owner was very fast to help me feel better and happy. The place was very clean, very cozy, and I made so many friends with the local staff and especially everyone in the restaurant underneath the villa, La Lunita. It is outstanding! I plan to visit Hacienda de Tortuga again. 」

「This house was perfect! We had 10 people for a 50th birthday celebration and we had everything we needed. The whole area was extremely safe and private, we felt like we had our own beach. Edgar and our housekeeper were great and very responsive. Kim was very quick to reply to wordings our needs before and during our stay. The previous reviews helped a lot...bring water shoes is the biggest! We meet a wonderful neighbor that shared some great informant as well and we felt so welcome. 10/10...

「My experience at this property was amazing! Everything was so clean upon arrival, AC worked well, pool was the perfect temperature, house was secure and safe, but let’s get into the host!!
