"Everyone was so nice and so professional. Housekeeping was the absolute best! They even mopped the sidewalk in front of our room and cleaned our room and left clean linens each day!!! We will definitely stay here each time we visit Pigeon Forge. I even bragged to the guy who checked us out!! Loved our stay!!!"

"Doors to room slam hard and loud. Other people staying at the hotel didn’t care to gently shut their doors, so doors slammed in the middle of the night. Rooms were fairly clean, but both rooms we had the bathroom walls had something on them. No hot tub and pool was really cold. Otherwise was a decent stay for the price."

"I did enjoy my stay and would stay again in the future. I was in the area visiting a friend and the location was perfect for me. I was happily surprised there was a balcony although you cant smoke there. The room was large and spacious, bed was more comfy than OMNI Nashville the night before, and the tv had like 1000 channels which was nice for relaxing at night. I felt safe in the parking lot and in my room, even though the side door lock was busted so really anybody could enter if they tried...
