"I liked the low price/deal for the location. Union Square isn't what it once was, but still nice to visit. We aloways enjoy the friendly staff, the gifts offered, and we're fans of John's Grill/Steakhouse. "

"It’s a beautiful historic building, beautifully renovated. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Lots of eco-friendly touches. I’d ask for coffee to be all day long or at least until mid-afternoon!!! Would come back. "

"Easy check in and great customer service at the front desk. Valet was slow and expensive and not as friendly. Valet and bell man are the first person that greet you and it wasn’t a great experience. "

"We only booked fot one night. The room was clean and felt relatively new. The only complaint would be the bat fridge woke me with a terrible whine, so I unplugged it. Nice overall. Nice pool area. Breakfast was just grab and go packets, and we passed on those."

"Pros: very well located in downtown, easy to get public transport from there. Rooms were clean and well managed. Cons: Hotel front lobby basically works as a small parking lot, which is not included. It charges 10$ for 30 mins for first hour and then more. "
