"A very welcoming resort from the moment you enter the doors of the beautiful lobby! We loved the staff members and felt like we were treated like family. The rooms were exactly as described online and maintained well by the housekeeping. You just must try all the restaurants! Fine dining! Also the swim up pool was an amazing plus to enjoy after hanging around the swim up bar. Love the privacy. Cons: -furthest resort from downtown/excursions. Be prepared to be the first picked up and LAST to be dropped off. Ultimately leading to a super long day. Highly recommend renting a car if ur staying here. - Resort was catered to Americans heavily unfortunately, from the live performances to music played around resort. Was expecting more Mexican influences considering we were visiting the country. Slightly disappointing in that aspect. -no reservations required for restaurants, but highly recommend doing so Fri-sun. Longest wait we had was an hour and 15 mins on a Friday night"

"I loved how clean the resort was, the staff was pretty friendly and tried to help when asked. The food was also very good, was kinda disappointed that the arcade costed money, as that wasn’t mentioned when booking. I was also very disappointed with the beach, the area was beautiful but just so much seaweed. I know it’s out of the hotel’s control but they could’ve definitely put in more effort to clean the seaweed."

"The staff was very nice and accommodating. The restaurants were a little difficult to book but they let us know when to come back when reservations were free. The servers made all the interactions very fun. I especially enjoyed my Spa treatment with Neomi. She was very sweet and made me very comfortable. Some of the stores were closed when we didn’t expect that but I’d love to visit the resort again someday!"

"The food here was AMAZING!!! The vibes at the main pool bar were unmatched. We had some of the greatest times of our lives here. From my wife and I winning the dance contests to Luna, Gordon Ramsey (lol), and Raul instructing water aerobics! Princess Yucatan is forever engraved in our hearts! We WILL be back!"

"We had family concierge which was very helpful in booking the restaurants. Rooms were clean. AC however was very cold in part of the room. We had them check it out but they but there was nothing they can do even when the ac is totally off. They gave us extra blankets which was fine. The food had a great variety and was good. Facility overall was well kept. Would recommend and go back"
